Mike McClung

Michael is husband to Vania and father of three. With a business degree and over a decade as a broker, agent, and investor, he brings deep real estate experience. He leads Firm Foundation Collaboratives with a focus on helping landowners sell with confidence.

Vania McClung

Vania is wife to Michael and mom of three. She specializes in communication and marketing design, invests in real estate, and previously hosted two television talk shows. Today, she brings creativity and clarity to how Firm Foundation Collaboratives serves landowners.

Communications & Marketing

Esteban Herrera

Esteban holds a degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering. He has taught at both college and high school, and managed teams in construction and real estate. Married since 2005, he and his wife are proud parents of a son born in 2007.
